We are considering bidding as Prime for the above WisDOT Letting numbers. 

ATTENTION:

The WisDOT has informed contractors that the DBE program is currently under review and starting October 2025 contractors will not have the same bidding obligations concerning DBE related goals. Please review the addendum concerning this ruling here:

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) has a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program, which requires a percentage of contracts with DOT funding to be awarded to DBE firms.

We strongly encourage you to include DBEs in your quote. More information on the WisDOT DBE Program can be found here. Resources on locating DBE members can be found in both the DBE directory as well as an interactive map.
