We are considering bidding as Prime or quoting as a Sub for the above WisDOT Letting numbers. 

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) has a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program, which requires a percentage of contracts with DOT funding to be awarded to DBE firms.

We strongly encourage you to include DBEs in your quote. More information on the WisDOT DBE Program can be found here. Resources on locating DBE members can be found in both the DBE directory as well as an interactive map.

Please remember to attach your quote to the email form submission as well as any relevant forms if you are a DBE business.
